ART Providers (ART) is a UK based organization that supports and prepares apprentices to be equipped with the right knowledge and skills in their chosen field of course programme. It is also part of our mission to help our community build and produce qualified apprentices that would reinforce business growth by bridging employers and apprentices together.

Due to the diverse range of inquiries we receive from apprenticeship candidates, ART is now looking to build a pool of experienced Software Development Trainer to help support our apprentices on their apprenticeship journey.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plan and prepare teaching in accordance with the curriculum needs 
• Prepare teaching materials as required 
• Select appropriate materials from the range available
• Assess work within their programmes in order to support student progress
• Utilise methods and styles of support consistent with programme aims and learner’s personal goals
• Provide cover in the absence of a colleague (where work has been set for the learners)
• Monitor individual learning plans for learners and contribute to their updating
• Apply appropriate teaching and learning strategies which take account of individual learner needs
• Carry out initial assessment of learners to inform planning
• Promote good working relations to foster learning
• Establish and maintain a learning environment that is appropriate to the learner groups
