ART Providers (ART) is a UK based organisation with a proprietary training software implemented as marketplace and learning management system (LMS) training platform for the enablement of B2B, B2C and C2C clients. 

 

Our business solution allows learners, tutors and businesses to directly market their training contents and or provide blended training solutions via e-Learning (learners’ self-paced or tutor led), Webinars (live webinars or pre-recorded) or On-site (clients’ site or via a training centre). 

 

ART Providers is looking for a Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Directing sales staff, setting targets, assigning quotas for salespeople, maintaining records, and handling customer complaints.
  • Utilize full company portfolio to focus on growth and customer needs.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the team; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services.
  • Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Maintains sales staff work results by mentoring, counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in recruitment for new sales personnel.
  • Negotiate the best possible contract for clients and ensure that all terms of the contract are met prior to closing.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Two to three years of experience as sales manager
  • Three to five years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong internet connection and working PC or Laptop that can run various tools such as HubSpot, IcyLeads, Trello, SalesSQL, Google products and etc.
  • Proficient in using Google products and sales tools.
