ART Providers (ART) is a UK-based organization that supports and prepares apprentices to be equipped with the right knowledge and skills in their chosen field of course programme. It is also part of our mission to help our community build and produce qualified apprentices that would reinforce business growth by bridging employers and apprentices together.

Due to the diverse range of inquiries we receive from apprenticeship candidates, ART is now looking to build a pool of experienced Hospitality End Point Assessors to help support our apprentices on their apprenticeship journey.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • As an End Point Assessor you will responsible for completing a range of EPA activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3. These EPA activities include: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPA activities, marking, grading, and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
  • Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards, and evidence of CPD.
  • Participate in standardisation and training activities.
  • Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers, or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Must be a qualified and experienced Assessor, holding a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
  • Must hold solid, occupational competency within Hospitality (both Back of House and Front of House) e.g. Housekeeping; Reception; Bar Service; Team Member; Commis Chef; Supervisor; Chef de Partie or Senior Production Chef.
  • Hold a level 3 in Hospitality as a minimum.
  • Experience in conducting learner observations, professional discussions, and reviews.
  • Have an excellent understanding of Apprenticeship Standards, and be up to date with the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Must be IT Literate – such as google products, slack, etc.
  • Must be able to travel.
