ART Providers (ART) is a UK-based organization that supports and prepares apprentices to be equipped with the right knowledge and skills in their chosen field of course programme. It is also part of our mission to help our community build and produce qualified apprentices that would reinforce business growth by bridging employers and apprentices together.

Due to the diverse range of inquiries we receive from apprenticeship candidates, ART is now looking to build a pool of experienced Assessors for Hospitality & Catering to help support our apprentices on their apprenticeship journey.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Mentoring, coaching, supporting & motivating learners to ensure regular progression towards their apprenticeship standard
  • Conducting teaching and learning sessions to learners through 1-2-1 and group teaching session
  • Providing course development of learners to maximise full potential and stretch knowledge within Maths and English
  • Teaching, coaching, and supporting learners through their Maths and English Functional Skills
  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing learners/clients/business support teams
  • Reviewing concerns to limit any early leavers from programme
  • Providing learners with additional support where required and enhancing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours within the Prevent, Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety at work

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Assessor Qualification (CAVA/TAQA/A1 or equivalent) or commitment to work towards;
  • Essential to be able to demonstrate experience of relevant occupational competence in Hospitality & Catering and management
  • NVQ Level 3/ 4 or proven occupational qualification equivalent or industry experience
  • Experience in delivering apprenticeship training and support in a work-based environment
  • Essential to be able to demonstrate experience of relevant occupational competence
  • Ability to use and navigate an online apprenticeship learning management system
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with the minimum of supervision as part of a remote team
  • Ability to motivate and support learners
