Aged  18-20      : £9.00

Job Description:

 

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Educational Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will undergo a comprehensive training program as part of a funded Customer Service Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship. You will have the opportunity to develop essential customer service skills whilst working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Manage learner admissions and enrollment processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of learners and their progress.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the programme team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to enhance programme efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from learners / employers and other stakeholders by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely reporting on learners / employers metrics and programme performance.
  • Conduct quality and compliance checks on enrolment and completion paperwork.
  • Register candidates with Awarding Bodies and e-portfolios, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Support enrollment and engagement activities to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Gather learner feedback to assess satisfaction and progression outcomes.
  • Conduct business development activities through upselling new or add-on services to existing clients.
  • Engage with new clients to introduce ART services.

Requirements:

 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
  • A grade 6 or above in maths and English Language GCSE (or equivalent) or can demonstrate a few years of experience in similar roles in the education sector.
  • To be age 16 or over
  • To have a right to work in the UK and be living in the UK for the duration of your employment
  • For those working remotely, have access to a laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connection
