ART Providers (ART) is a UK-based organization that supports and prepares apprentices to be equipped with the right knowledge and skills in their chosen field of the course programme. It is also part of our mission to help our community build and produce qualified apprentices that would reinforce business growth by bridging employers and apprentices together.
Due to the diverse range of inquiries we receive from apprenticeship candidates, ART is now looking to build a pool of experienced Construction NVQ Assessor/IQA to help support our apprentices on their apprenticeship journey.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Successfully delivering Construction qualifications at any level
- Diary management, Online Portfolio Management, and recording update and assessment decisions
- Motivating candidates to submit their evidence
- Promotion of the NVQ programmes
- Questioning candidates about how they would deal with non-standard situations and examining candidates’ portfolios of evidence
- Providing feedback and offer advice if the standards are not met
- Keeping records of candidates’ progress
- Ensure all internal and external communications are answered in a timely, effective, and customer focussed manner
- Ability to clearly explain complex topics to apprentices
Your skills and qualifications:
- Holder of assessor/verifier qualifications such as A1/A2, V1/V2, or D32/33/34
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
- Experience: You must have Construction Industry experience, with experience in Construction Site Supervision / Management
- Construction and Built Environment Qualification level National Certificate (HNC)
- Strong IT skills, including the use of Google Products
- Ability to travel
