The Company
ART Providers (ART) is a UK based organization with a marketplace that brings together Learners, Trainers/ Assessors and Employers (where possible) to deliver different training programmes (such as apprenticeships) within various business sectors.
Training programmes can be delivered online or onsite or as blended learning. This could be through our ART physical training centres (and or via our LMS, for online) OR your training centres OR clients’ workplace, all dependent on the training programme.
Our Requirement
Due to the diverse range of inquiries and requirements we are experiencing from from Learners and Employers (especially for apprenticeship programmes), ART is now looking to build a pool of experienced Assessors/Trainers to help support the various training programmes and the parties involved for various business sectors but urgently for the below listed sectors.
As qualified assessor/ trainer in your specialist field(s), you can work as a full-time, part-time or freelancer or as an agency depending on your need.
Required business sectors includes (but not limited to):
- Agriculture, Environmental & Animal Care
- Care Services
- Catering & Hospitality
- Construction
- Digital Technology
- Education & Childcare
- Health & Science
- Creative & Design
- Legal, finance, and accounting
- Sales, marketing, and procurement
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Conducting student assessment in accordance with Awarding Body standards
- Maintain and update training materials to meet current vocational standards, practice and legislation
- Maintaining appropriate records of attendance, teaching and assessment
- Attending internal and external meetings as required
- Effectively manage own workload and diary
- Ensure all internal and external communications are answered in a timely, effective and customer focussed manner to ensure the effective delivery and reporting of the project
- Delivering programmes of education, training, instruction and assessment, which will include practical vocational skills
- Conducting student assessment in accordance with Awarding Body standards
- Maintain and update training materials to meet current vocational standards, practice and legislation
- Maintaining appropriate records of attendance, teaching and assessment
- Attending internal and external meetings as required
- Effectively manage own workload and diary
- To ensure all assignments and works are marked, corrected and discussed with the learner – clearly embedding Functional Skills.
- To plan activity to ensure the learner remains on track and achieves in a timely manner
- Develop, implement and manage remedial action plans for any learners deemed behind.
Your skills and qualifications:
- Qualified Tutor / Assessor (any of the following (CAVA, A1, PTLLS, EAT, TAQA, etc)
- Relevant industry experience
- Experience of delivering apprenticeship training and support in a work-based environment
- Previous delivery of framework and standards and supporting learners in the run up to the End Point Assessment (EPA)
- Up to date knowledge of all relevant changes within the Training & Education sector – funding / qualifications / eligibility
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.

Work Hours: Depends on course programme
Location: Remote/ on-site course delivery
Salary Bracket: Depending on Experience and training programme
