ART Providers (ART) is a UK based organization that supports and prepares apprentices to be equipped with the right knowledge and skills in their chosen field of course programme. It is also part of our mission to help our community build and produce qualified apprentices that would reinforce business growth by bridging employers and apprentices together.
Due to the diverse range of inquiries we receive from apprenticeship candidates, ART is now looking to build a pool of experienced Accountancy Trainer to help support our apprentices on their apprenticeship journey.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
As a Trainer in Accountancy you will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering an effective Accountancy programme showcasing your knowledge to ensure learners develop skills in the industry
- Ensure learners are engaged throughout the Apprenticeships to ensure they are completing tasks and assignments in a timely manner
- Manage a caseload of learners and manage your own diary.
- To retain learners engaged on the programme and manage their learning and achievement in line with targets and objectives set in the individual learning plan.
- Write planning and feedback reports and upload these on the portal.
- Be a creative and passionate individual who will support and empower learners within the workplace in achieving relevant Frameworks.
Your skills and qualifications:
The Trainer in Accountancy will require the following experience:
- Possess an assessing qualification such as A1, TAQA, CAVA, D32, D33 or equivalent
- Occupational experience working in the sector having worked in Accountancy or Finance
- Experience delivering Accountancy courses from Entry Level to Level 5 or above
- Experience delivering Apprenticeships or short courses
- Managing own diary, setting reviews and observations with caseloads of up to 40 learners
